CONCOURS VENDOR APPLICATION

We’re so excited to welcome you to the Concours event! Here are the details you need to know:

• Space is Limited and Special: Our Concours vendor area is highly exclusive. We can happily accommodate standard booth sizes (up to 10×20), but unfortunately, we cannot fit semi-trucks or larger spaces.

• Guaranteed Audience: The vendor area is located within our main “pay-to-view” Concours event, meaning great foot traffic from our dedicated festival attendees!

• Easy Approval Process: Once your unique booth is approved, we will send an invoice via email for your registration fee.

• Bring Your Own Setup: Please remember that your booth space includes the prime location only. You will need to bring your own tent, tables, and chairs to make your display perfect.

• Embrace the Outdoors! All vendor spaces are outdoors, right alongside the stunning Concours display vehicles. Please be prepared for all weather—it’s a fun rain or shine event!

• Thoughtful Placement: The final placement of all booths will be professionally determined by our festival Concours manager.

• Local Licensing Note: If you plan on selling items or collecting funds, a Mountain Village special event business license ($25) is required. We’ll be happy to provide the necessary forms; just return them with a check for the $25 fee.

• Just a Heads-Up: Electricity will not be available at the Concours location, so please plan your display accordingly!
