Telluride Autumn Classic 2025 Car & Motorcycle Concours Staging, Load In & Out Information

Thank you for participating in the 2025 Telluride Autumn Classic. We are excited that you have chosen to come to the beautiful San Juan Mountains to celebrate great cars, motorcycles and majestic scenery!

The World’s Supercars Class, Open Class, Motorcycle Class Concours, Official Judged Vehicles and Jaguars

Event: Saturday, September 27, 2025: 10 AM – 2 PM on the driving Range of the Telluride golf course.

Load In: 8 AM – 10 AM (For pedestrian safety, late arrivals are discouraged).

Load Out: You may start load out at 2 PM. Load out must be completed by 3pm.—NOTE—Awards are at 2:15 PM

Please note: DOGS are not allowed in the Concours area or any part of the golf course.

Upon your arrival to the Concours load in area (see directions below), please follow the instructions of the Festival staff members and volunteers. You will be asked to wait outside of the Concours loading area while we load the cars ahead of you. Please Do Not enter the parking area for the golf course unless you are instructed to do so by a Festival staff member or volunteer. This lot is very small and hard to maneuver in; any additional vehicle in this area will cause congestion and slow down the Concours load in process.

While waiting your turn to load on to the Concours, you will be instructed to stay with your car and line up with the other Concours vehicles on the far right side of Vischer Dr. It is imperative that public traffic on Vischer Dr. be able to move past you.

For attendee safety, Cars are required to remain staged from 10am – 2pm. Due to the nature of the staging area on the Concours; cars do not have room to leave prior to the load out time.

In the event that the Concours vehicles need to be moved due to severe inclement weather, an orderly exodus will be facilitated.

If the weather is not cooperating early Saturday morning, you will receive a notice via your email address letting you know of the alternate plans for the day.

Helpful Load In Information:

• The Festival HIGHLY recommends that you drive your show car or motorcycle to the Concours rather than trailer it, as there is NO parking at the Concours site for trailers. Additionally, trailer parking around the Concours and Mountain Village is nonexistent.
• Concours Load In access is off of Vischer Dr. (which is off of Mountain Village Blvd.) in Mountain Village, Colorado.

Directions: Unfortunately, the Concours location does not have an official address. From Hwy 145, turn on to Mountain Village Blvd and follow Telluride Autumn Classic “Concours Load In” signs. (You will pass through the Village ‘Information’ gate and then under the Village By Pass Bridge. Take your next left on to Vischer Dr. (there is also a sign here for the “Telluride Golf Course”) and follow this road a short distance, lining up as instructed by Festival staff and volunteers before proceeding to the load in point on the golf course.

Additional Notes:

• NO RV PARKING OR CAMPING is allowed anywhere within the Town of Mountain Village or the Town of Telluride.
• Chairs and small umbrellas are allowed on the Concours. Please no ‘pop up’ tents as it can be very windy.
• The Festival will provide a simple ID card for your vehicle (Year/Make/Model) along with a People’s Choice Award voting number. If you would like attendees to know more about your display vehicle, please feel free to bring your own information display.
• If you only registered for the Concours and did not buy any other venue passes. You will be handed your 2 complimentary Concours Passes/Lanyard with your ID card when you arrive.  If you did purchase a 3 Day Platinum pass—please make sure to wear your Lanyard that you picked up earlier during the festival.  The Concours is a ticketed event and we want to make sure you have your “ticket”.
